Just have the tint removed and show a receipt for it, mail it in 30 days with the summons...no fine. As for shops that do tinting, they know better, the good ones will tell you that "no" tint is legal for the front windows, the bad ones will just do whatever you ask. As for breaking laws, what do "laws" do about protecting people from being momentarily and dangerously blinded by HID lights....nothing.
