You already have two violations there. 5 Cars would indicate a possible illegal apartment, or two, also depending on where and how large the commercial vehicle is, it may be in violation of town code. As for Quads, they are illegal. But laws whether they exist, are obeyed or otherwise are one thing. There's another called good common sense and having good neighbors.
