1) The EPA has require a soil cleanup to recreational standards this still has not been done. They (the PRP)don't want to pay for it, they want you and THE Town to pay for it.

2) In June of 2006 the Town of Oyster Bay entered into negotiations to buy an additional seven acres of the site, They had already purchased 14.03 acres in 2004 all will become part of the 15.6-acres Ellsworth Allen Park That would add 21 acres Allen Park. (Still not done because of the PRP not wanting to pay for the cleanup.

3) I we don't get this Cleanup and the additional seven acres for parkland Stop and Shop will have to start all over. Because there DEIS AND FEIS WILL HAVE STATED LAND USE AS PARKLAND AND IT WILL NOT BE PARKLAND!!
