To keep up to date on Farmingdale's Civic Association you can subscribe to the Farmingdale Observer. Each month there is an article in the Observer written for the benefit of Farmingdale residents to keep informed about their community. Last month's discussion focused around the Liberty Site, the progress being made to clean up the site to EPA standards, and broad discussions on the future of not only Stop & Shop, but the remaining acres. Kevin Ryan, S&S rep. was present to answer questions at the meeting attended by over 60 Concerned Citizens. Also, on hand, was Oyster Bay Town Board member Anthony Macagnone. While this forum is a great tool to stay informed, you can get further information at CCAF monthly meetings. The next monthly meeting scheduled is Thursday, April 23rd. 7:30pm at Allan Park where the discussion will be focused on the proposed new School Budget.
