Supermarket Coming to Bi-County Shopping Center
Guinta's Meat Farms, a supermarket with several locations throughout the state of New York, has leased 30,600 square feet at the Bi-County Shopping Center in Farmingdale, NY from the retail center's private landlord. Guinta's signed a 10-year lease with two five-year options.
The 69,802-square-foot Neighborhood Center at 11011-45 Route 109 was built in 1983 in the Western Suffolk submarket. Tenants include Blockbuster Video and Bethpage Federal Credit Union.
