Rite Aid closed because the landlord of that property wants quadruple the rent and the lease expired in the summer. The new Restaurant opened and I hear good things about it, I wish them all the luck as I wish all new small businesses wherever they open. As for any store closures without known reason, they surely see the storm on the horizon, two acres of Supermarket...would you stay?
