Lets start with this one. I assume that they are saying that there were no other apts that were available for the same or less than they were paying.

Unless they were paying $500 for rent,then this one doesnt hold any water whatsoever. This was one of this issues you brought up initially and I showed you that there were TONS of apartments for rent for what they were paying there and in a nicer place to live. Of course, why in the world would they want live live in a nice place for the same money-what was I thinking.
