I do not work for the Village so how would I be able to post the judges decision. This is the first I have seen of the judge's decision and like I said, allowing a complaint to move forward (even though it is frivolous) and winning are two vastly different things. Again, this case will end the same as the other ones (vindication for the Village). You and your side will have your free representation at Hofstra Law file yet another frivolous lawsuit, costing the hardworking taxpayers of the village even more money to defend. Where does the insanity end?
