by the taxpayers of the Village of Farmingdale is how much of their hardearned money is going to be wasted having to defend an unending string of frivolous lawsuits brought on behalf of a handful of former tenants by the unpaid Hofstra law students who are doing this as a class project. Every time one frivolous lawsuit gets thrown out another one is immediately filed. They do not care, since they do not get paid it is just a way of getting experience for them. The village however, has to pay tens of thousands of dollars to defend these frivolous lawsuits. Allowing this case to move forward is a far cry from proving wrongdoing. This case too will have the same result with the exoneration of the Village of Farmingdale but at what cost to the taxpayers.
