The lawsuit is a Federal lawsuit and it has everything to do with race and discrimination.
Yes-the "Lawsuit" has everything to do with discrimination but that doesnt mean it actually was discrimination. I can sue anyone for anything-it doesnt make it true
I will try to post the judge's decision at some point on this website if possible and you will hopefully finally undertand that you are 100% wrong.

The day of the trial many things will come out and I would love for all of Farmingdale to see the campaign that the elected officials and many residents have done against the Latinos in this area.
What exactly did the residents do? Were they out there picketing or harassing because if it happened I must of missed it.
