Has Stew Leonards officially given up on building in Farmingdale? I just passed the site and saw a Realtor sign on the Conklin side of the lot advertising 18 or 19 acres. The area is such an eye-sore, it is ashame that this piece of land is the first impression one gets when you enter off of 110.
