Stop and shop will be one store. The King Kullen shopping center was KK , Genovese, the liquor store ,blockbuster, a dance studio, a deli ,a Laundromat ,a dry cleaner ,a pizzeria, Bethpage federal credit and a few others I forget. With all those stores -little traffic. So you're right, it is hardly a comparison of the two because the KK site is WORSE.
It’s not going to be that bad. Again, Farmingdale residents won’t all be rushing there all at once to buy groceries.
I showing you a FACT of one site and you are guessing on what might happen at another. What are you basing it on?
