You're comparing a small King Kullen on Route 109 to an 83,000 sq.foot "protoype" Super Store on Motor ave., that's the difference you will see. It will be far beyond a slight increase in traffic. And if you are a homeowner paying real estate taxes and voting for those that are required to enforce Town Code and protect the quality of life we all cherish, why bother to bake a cake that you can't eat too?
