911 if they are on the blok and being annoying and you would like to get rid of them and/oryou can call the 8th precinct and ask to speak to the POP Officer Paul Lomanica.I think he may work in the day.....so if this is at night....do 911. I do not have his number at my finger tips. He has always told us at our meetings we can call him or 911
