Is there a nuclear power plant being built on Motor? With all this doom and gloom it seems like it. We need to step back for a moment. Was there anyone besides stop and shop that even showed any interest in that lot? Did anyone else try to help clean it? Were there firms lined to to build offices? Was anyone out there willing to build senior residences-no. If any did show any interest then they sure did want it bad enough. Point is it was Stop and Shop or nothing. Now that we have lost King Kullen,Rite Aid and Genovese, it's needed. The entrance to to Allen Park is not near where the entrance of S&S will be and yes I do have a child and frequent Allen Park. I drive right into the parking lot so the little traffic that will occur will not bother me in the least. This isnt a sport arena where everyone has to be there all at once. People shop throughout the day so its not going to be some incredible influx of traffic. I will be a consumer of stop and shop and Im sure I wont be alone. I have yet to meet one person that is against it so the anti-s&s group is definetely a huge minority
