How sad,
I just read this e mail from Philip Beck

"Kate Slattery, PC Year 1, from Ireland has just died of cancer. My parents called me yesterday evening to read out the death notice from the newspaper. I hope to get hold of the notice and any other info that I can.

Would you be able to circulate this email to your mailing list for Years 1 & 2, and staff, please to let them know the sad news.
