South side of Hempstead Tpke, near BP is a 2 story building. No signs. What is it and where would there be parking? Thank you

Immediate Care?
I can't remember where I heard it, it was a while ago and things may have changed, but I did hear that it was going to be an immediate care facility. I think it is either associated with or replacing the place on the east side of 110 just south of Main Street.
