He was a longtime employee of the Town of Oyster Bay, president and founder of the Farmingdale Soccer League and member and officer of many Farmingdale youth leagues. Husband of Julia. Father and father-in-law of Jack and Claudia, Edward and Theresa, Thomas and Maureen. Grandfather of Caroline, Julia, Meredith, Genevieve, Mattia, Kathleen and Concetta. Arrangements entrusted to McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home, Farmingdale. Funeral Mass was held at St. Kilian RC Church. Interment Pinelawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Farmingdale Soccer League.
